风向标-珠吉街家庭综合服务中心开展社区走访宣传活动
为了深入了解居民的需求，宣传珠吉家综的服务，2014年3月5日下午珠吉街家庭综合服务中心的9名社工在珠村社区开展了社区走访的活动。
本次社区走访以分组比赛形式开展，每三个社工为一组，共三组，每组必须在规定的时间里完成一定的任务：了解社区内3个友善地图、招募3名义工、5名组员、分别和一名青少年、中年、长者聊天，通过聊天了解其基本信息并和三位拍照留念。本次社区走访打破以前单一的模式，采用集时效性、任务性、趣味性于一体的形式进行走访，大大提高了社工参与社区走访、了解社区以及和居民沟通交流的积极主动性，宣传和招募取得良好效果。社区走访过程中，社工明显感受到珠村社区的很多居民由之前的不理睬社工到现在主动咨询社工的服务，居民对社工的认可度提高了。
走访结束后，我们共招募 了14名义工、23名组员并和多名居民拍照留念，对社区的环境也有更深的了解，此次社区走访达到一个良好的宣传效果。在接下来的这一年中，珠吉家综将在每月第一周和最后一周周三下午都进行社区走访，把社区走访工作常规化，以更加的接近居民，了解居民，宣传社工服务，使社工服务能够深入社区，送到居民家门口。
