为了提高社区居民的健康知识水平，增强居民的健康保护意思，营造和谐健康的良好社区。2013年11月16日下午15:00，珠吉家综联合吉山社区卫生服务中心在吉山市场开展了“关爱健康，社工与您同行”义诊活动。
此次活动面向全体居民和外来流动务工人员，活动内容主要包括：测血糖、血型、血压、体格检查和医疗健康知识的宣传，吸引了众多的居民前来参与，活动共计为50多居民做了免费体检，接受群众咨询80余人次，社区医院并为前来检查身体的35岁以上的居民建立了个人健康档案，发放健康宣传资料100多份，受到居民群众的一致好评。
本次活动增加了居民对医疗健康知识的了解，受到了居民的欢迎，中心和社区卫生服务中心建立了长期合作机制，将在接下来的工作中定期举行义诊活动，以满足居民需求。
