中山市残疾人托养中心社工服务部开展“班干部能力提升”小组
2013年11月19日上午，机构社工与残疾人托养中心的在班干部在中心的一楼娱疗室继续开展“班干部能力提升管理”小组第三节。
活动开始，社工先大概介绍今天活动的主题内容，随后将学员分成两小组进行热身游戏“夹玻珠”，以增强团队的合作能力同默契精神；接着让学员回顾班干部所在的职务及职责，以加强学员的自我管理能力同职责所在；然后与学员一起创立班歌，经过一番的讨论同争论后，最后大家一致通过班歌选为“一路顺风”。
通过这次的小组活动，目的是加强班干部的自我管理能力和提升能力，以能够参与到班级的管理中去，为更多的学员服务同增加自己的荣誉感。
